CUSTOM / BESPOKE ORDERS POLICY

EXCHANGE:

  • All custom/bespoke orders are eligible for exchange in case of size issues or if you received a damaged product.
  • You can request an exchange within 30 days from the delivery of the custom/bespoke product.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Worn-out or used items cannot be exchanged.
  • A maximum of 2 exchanges will be allowed per order. No further exchange or return requests will be accepted after 2 exchanges.
  • If you need to exchange your custom/bespoke product, you must ship it back to our address at your expense. 
  • All courier charges, including custom duty charges, must be paid by the customer.
  • We do not accept requests for exchanges with different products.
  • The exchange process may take up to 60 days depending on the product and its production time.

RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION:

Customized bespoke products such as shoes, jackets, wallets, belts, and bags cannot be returned, refunded, or changed/cancelled once ordered.

CUSTOMER PRIVILEGE:

Returning or exchanging for reasons other than manufacturing defects is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, THE WAREWOOD SOLES holds the right to not accept any returns/exchanges from such customers and deny refunds. 

THE WAREWOOD SOLES reserves the right to blacklist any customers that are found to abuse the return policy.

PAYMENT TERMS:

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required for custom/bespoke orders. The remaining 50% must be paid before shipping. Product images and videos will be provided via WhatsApp before shipping.

Note: We will not ship your custom/bespoke order if we haven’t received the remaining 50% amount before shipping.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Please allow 7-12 days for the production of custom/bespoke products. Please note some products may take more than 7-12 days.
