Refund policy

EASY 30-DAY EXCHANGE: If there are any size issues, then you can contact us via WhatsApp, call, or email within 30 days from the date of delivery for a hassle-free size exchange and we will respond to you within 5 minutes.

All shoes are eligible for exchange If there are size issues or defects.

REFUNDS: We don’t accept returns and give refunds. All orders are final. 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: We don’t have a cancellation policy. However, if you want to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us within 8 hours of placing the order. Any requests after 8 hours will be denied.

We won't exchange or replace items that are worn, scuffed, monogrammed, stretched, or personalized. If we receive items that aren't in brand-new condition, we'll send them back to you at your cost. To exchange a product, you'll need to send it back to us at your expense, including any courier and customs charges for both domestic and international orders.

CUSTOMER PRIVILEGE:

Returning or exchanging for reasons other than manufacturing defects is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, THE WAREWOOD SHOEMAKERS holds the right to not accept any returns/exchanges from such customers and deny refunds. WAREWOOD SHOEMAKERS reserves the right to blacklist any customers that are found to abuse the return policy.

DISPUTES:

To raise a dispute, please send an email to contact@warewoodshoemakers.com. Your email must contain the name of the product, and order ID along with the details of your nature of the concern. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the product. If the dispute is filed after 3 days of delivery, the same will only be entertained at the sole discretion of WAREWOOD SHOEMAKERS.
